I've never liked the bridge pieces.
When I was younger, and played a lot more, I constantly broke strings due to them digging into the soft metal. Has anyone found a solution that they liked? Other than cutting tiny strips of plastic from string packs to use as "pads" under the strings at the bridge. It works but dampens the sustain a bit.
