it was the TB1000A model and I'm looking into this website SY spked about that stolen guitar. anyway it was recovered!!

That's actually the TB1000S #375, the TB1000A #102 was returned in good condition.
From the link you provided...
"Two guitars stolen in 1999 have been recovered by the band. The guitars recovered are both ones played by Lee: a Fender Telecaster Thinline (#370090), and a Travis Bean (#375). Both have been painted and otherwise ravaged, with pickups hanging loose and parts missing, but they are the guitars."
#102 was returned approximately 5 years ago.
