My D tuning peg came loose, so I tried to tighten it using a regular screw driver and a wrench. The screw head on the back of the headstock broke off the screw. Where would I find a screw to replace the one I broke? Are they common screws?

Oh, the instrument in question is a TB 2000 bass guitar.

my tb1000 was missing its tuner screws. I found a standard machine screw at a local hardware store that fit. Just remove one of your existing screws and take it to Ace Hardware or some place, and you should be able to find a match.
