Maybe its here and I haven't found it, but I've been looking for a database of Travis Bean measurements to fix up some things on my Artist. Things like a pickguard template, bridge measurements, that sort of thing. I was wondering if anyone in the LA area has a Bean that I could measure. I'd be happy to post my results for everybody!

Here's a pickguard template taken from my Bean.
I traced it on millimeter paper so that you can adjust the scale in case it does not print in the correct size.

Artist #100 -thank you so much! I've been looking around and the measurements are hard to find for these. Luckily, I have access to a metal shop (I teach at an art school) so I'll be making some pickguards and control cavity covers soon.

Are your pickguard & cavity cover made of stainless steel? I was thinking of making mine out of aluminum - to match the neck, and because the guitar is already so heavy.

If you have a chance, could you tell me what the string spacing is on the bridge, and how tall the text is on the pickup covers? I've been trying to figure all the measurements out with Photoshop, but those two have been tricky to measure.

I hope you still have that custom guitar strap from that old picture!

The pickguard material is most likely stainless steel or chrome gavanized brass.
It's non magnetic but definately not aluminum.

I'll have a look regarding the string spacing and pickup letters...

Yes, that strap is still there but the hair has gone...

Thanks for the photos! Photobucket is down right now, but I'll check them out when the site is back up. Thank you!
