I was the first to post and got a reply that read "you want the guitar or bass" then heard nothing back after indicating I wanted the guitar. I assume it is gone. Also, this member is buddies with the greatest bean collector in history V.G. so I can only assume V.G. passed on these. I wonder why? Nothing against V.G. btw he is a really nice guy and is living the bean dream.

I would not claim I am "buddies" with Vincent Gallo. I corresponded with a few times and met him just once. He invited me to see his incredible Travis Bean collection which was a real overwhelming pleasure. And you're right, he's a really nice guy and very intelligent. He did not pass on the guitars though. When I met him I mentioned I may one day sell my refinished Wedge guitar and my Wedge bass. He has quite a few originals of each. He commented he preferred not likely want to add anything unoriginal to his collection and also said his nine Wedge basses were enough. When I placed the ad here I did so assuming he was not interested in my two Wedge guitars. However I did send him an email letting him know I put them up for sale here. I don't think he's a fan of this site. Anyway he got back to me and put both guitars on reserve at full asking price. He mentioned he was returning from Paris end of this week and would send someone to SD to pick them up and pay me. If for any reason that changes I will let everyone know and add a link to photos. I really didn't think he wanted them. I think its extremely hard for him to pass on a Wedge period.
