Hello all,

I have a question regarding the lining of a case I use to carry both my Artist and my Standard while touring - I don't like to beat up the original cases. I have noticed that the cases in question use styrofoam molds in the shape of the guitar as padding, the styrofoam is lined with the typical velvet (or whatever the "standard" guitar case lining is), this means that the guitar(s) are not touching the styrofoam. The question I have regarding these cases is this: Has anyone ever heard of styrofoam off-gassing and damaging the finish of a Bean?

The next part has to do with neoprene covered guitar stands: Does anyone know if neoprene damages the finish?

Thanks in advance,

Jay
