There is a buyer of fine guitars named Hank Risan . He owns and operates a web based Museum of Musical Instraments "store" . I think he procurs buys sells and collects . I am interested in selling my Left handed TB500 without ebay getting involved . Has anyone ever heard of this man ?

Hello, I have not heard of this person. I bet you'll get the best money for it at ebay. What are you asking for the guitar?

Hank Risan has a long "interesting" history in the world of guitar collecting. He is quite a self promoter as you will find if you google him. He does have alot of money to spend on the things that he wants. Don't sell too cheap because he can afford it if he really wants your guitar. Lately he has been trying to angle his way into getting everyone to pay him for listening to streaming music sources. Its quite a curious and somewhat controversial story. Be sure to read the comments after his article....

Chuck, I'd be seriously interested in your lefty TB500. After a lot of searching I found an original left handed TB1000 Standard a few years ago, which is my pride and joy and is listed in the database on this website (#1394), but a 500 would be awesome.
