Jazzmaster cases fit TB500s
1000s are a bit harder, washburn makes an aluminum flight case that fits these correctly.
3000s and 4000s Ive used jazzbass cases, but a good fit will need to be made by Anvil or Diesel with custom foam.

What you got to do is buy all the Beans you can that have cases, chose the cases you like for your Beans, then sell the evicted guitars as is, without cases, and the others whose cases you didn't like with their cases. I doubt if their are any original Bean cases without Beans in them, or Bean owners who would part with their cases without departing with their guitar in it, unless you paid ridiculously for them to do so. You probably have to pay at least what Kevin said a custom replacement case would cost and then some. Ya gotta name a price that will make people consider it. But I still like the idea of you buying all the Beans you can just for their cases.
