What glue/epoxy is recommended for re-gluing the original brass nut? Any particular brand? Does super glue work well?

I've never taken a Travis Bean nut off the neck before, but on the reproductions I make, I use a little drop of super glue. On a guitar with a 3 per side headstock, the nut usually doesn't move much, so super glue has always worked great for me.

Thanks Greg...I'll give super glue a try as well and see.
