I hate to keep talking about money and Beans, but I just saw that Guitar Center is selling for $1.9 billion ($2.1 billion including outstanding debt). Yes that is billions not millions!
WOW...the guitar business is really something right now...maybe a big bubble, maybe not. Bean prices seem modest in comparison to all the other stuff going on.
I assume that alot of that Guitar Center value is based upon millions of guitars etc selling every year.
Its comforting to know that our little ol' Travis Beans can never be a significant part of that world.....no matter what they sell for. These guitars are about playing music and the people (like us) who love to play them.
