Guess it got sold, anyone know what it went for? When I was looking for my bean I am pretty sure I asked about that TB1000s they have on the site, they said something like $2700-2800. That is pretty crazy.

Yeah that is pretty steep. I mean I guess it is the #1 and all, I personally would rather buy 3 travis beans with that though heh. I was kind of annoyed when they told me how much they wanted for that tb1000s. They had it on ebay with a starting price of $1500, so I was like okay maybe I have finally found a bean for a good deal. I bid on it until about 1800 or so and but the reserve price wasn't met and the auction ended. Then a few days later it came back up on ebay with a $1000 starting price, so I was like maybe they came to their senses and lowered the reserve price. I bid some more up until 1800 or 1900 and finally emailed them and asked what their reserve price and that is when they said like $2780.

I called about this guitar today- 3/28/06- and the guitar was on hold for -get this- $5,500.00. Unbelievabel until you really think what your getting. This is THE very first prototype built for the TB1000a #1 and it has a different cutout on the headstockand it was built way before the artist models wer ever available for sale. WOW!
