Hi everyone - just found this site as I was searching for information on my Travis Bean bass. Amazing amount of info here! Mine is serial number 444. Had it since the 80s, maybe earlier...hard to remember that far back :). I think it's all original, including the case...anyone know if the Travis Bean name appeared on the cases? Way back when, I put some stickers on the case...also, once did an outdoor gig in the dead of winter...battle of the bands... that was an interesting experience with the aluminum neck. Anyway...just wanted to say hello.

Welcome to the site! No, 'Travis Bean' does not appear on the cases.
I'm sure that Battle of the Bands.. was interesting. Outdoor gig in the middle of winter? Rough.
