Description

Description:   The guitar came with a well worn but sturdy case that appears to have been made to fit but I feel that it was introduced to the guitar at a later date in its life. Accessories that were inside the case included a brass plate machined to fit under the bridge piece with a depth of about a 1/8 inch. I assumed that this was used to raise the action for slide work. The guitar itself is how I would have imagined it to be with the usual dinks and worn finish to the body. The neck is fantastic and the machine heads are smooth and true. The original string saddles have been replaced at sometime with graphite saddles which I think was a good move, the originals being held in reserve in the case. The only part I’ve had to replace was the lead socket and what a chew I had to get it. The guitar has been in my collection for some time now but it’s the first I pick up and the last to be put to bed. I will add some photos when I work out how ! (some advice would be Appreciated)
