Here we have TB2000-97 (the re-issue series bass). Starting bid at $6,900 with BIN at $32,000.. yep, that's correct $32,000.

Maybe the seller would have an easier time fetching the 32,000 BIN if he threw in the stand?

I like both. the machining on these is very cool, but so are the old ones based on the machinery at the time. Its funny as its not really number one. The guy who bought these off Bean said he numbered them as he grabbed them. My number 3 has number 5s top, my number 5 has numbers 3s top, Im not sure on my number 2 as I havent taken it apart.

Both are just as cool to me.

Does anyone have a thoery as to why Mr. Travis Bean himself does not take part in this website? If there was a site devoted to my life's work, I sure would be in the mix. I would also like to encourage him to start building his guitars again...3RD time's a charm. I saw a purple one built in the late 90s that was all aluminum, top and all, and looking back $6,000 (or was it $8,000) would have been a price I would be willing to pay
