So if you have a TB guitar of bass, that needs an action setup can you take the guitar to a normal luthier? I'm really unsure about this. I know other members that have an abundance of knowledge can help out with this rookie question.
If you can't take the insturment to a normal luthier are there any luthiers out there that can really overhaul a TB?
Any information is greatly appreaciated. -Pete

If you need a repair and don't have anyone local you trust, Kevin from EGC does work on Beans, I believe.
You shouldn't have to ship the guitar to get normal maintenance work done. A talented luthier who knows electric instruments should be able to do set up work on a Bean without any difficulty. Luthiers that have been in the biz for a while will likely have seen a Bean or two over the years. Take the instrument into the shop and spend some time talking with them about it and exactly what you want done.
Getting a great setup makes all the difference.
