as luck would have it, I got a pickguard and made some tracings of it. Let me know if you still need a tracing. These things should be made.

I'm also in search of a pickguard or a tracing of one. I have a friend who is going to make me a stainless one, if I can get the tracing. By the way, what were they made of originally?

Pick guards, pick up covers, and controll cavity covers were all made of stainless steel.

Hi. I too am looking for a tracing of a TB 1000S pickguard. Also, how were they attached? I'd appreciate any info. Thanks.

i have acquired a tracing of a tb100s pickguard, and will soon be making my own out of stainless steel. I'll let you know how it goes and I might be making more if it looks good. They probably won't be exact specs as far as the thickness goes, but it will probably be close, and will be better than my stainless picks tearing into the magnolia!

Me too! Pickguard missing, hate to "fake" one, but it would look so much better...
I'd happily pay for a decent one, real or not.

Is the pick guard on the TB1000A the same as the pick guards on the TB1000S? They look similar in pictures. Seems like a lot of them are missing, including mine. I remember when it fell off, and I thought I had it in the case. If anyone has found someone to manufacture a replacement, please let me know. ArchSoln.@AOL.com

On a vertical mill? Using a stylus to trace off the original? Could that be done on stainless without destroying cutters pretty quick?

The originals were stamped I think.

Did anyone ever get a tracing of pickguard? I recently purchased a bean and it was "modified" to accommodate an extra volume control. I'm planning to have a custom pickguard made that is about 5mm wider than stock to cover the hole. It would make my life easier... If someone could share a tracing with me. None77 @ gmail.com
