Have any of you seen the trailer for the movie 'It Might Get Loud'? It will premier this Friday August 14th in New York and Los Angeles. It looks very cool.

saw the movie, it was actually really good, for a movie about grainy organic bs that didnt involve a lot of aluminum. it motivated me to keep my AC30 amp which was up for sale at a local shop...but, the movie would have been better with some aluminum in it, no doubt about it.

ha-ha! What was it in the movie about the AC-30 that caused you to change your mind? I have a GREAT one (1965) that I've been on the fence about selling. What did they say about those amps? A Bean through an AC-30 sounds like Hendrix on steroids!!!

it was the scene with the edge playing it on some irish beach with his explorer. i dont ever really like the edge all that much, but that scene was just great and i kinda fell back in love with the amp.

and, yea, i've now spent the whole of labor day weekend playing my standard through it with no effects and its just wonderfull. i'm sure your 65 is a monster!
