Vintage Guitar Magazine Hall of Fame - Nominations open until Aug 21, 2009. Travis Bean is current not in HoF Innovators or HoF Instruments. We should try to change this.

I emailed hof@vguitar.com requesting that they add Travis Bean Guitars and Basses and their inventors: Clifford Travis Bean and Marcus McElwee to their list of "most innovative". Do you think that will make it to their attention or is there another way I should do it?

Okay. Looks like we have Travis Bean TB1000S as a official nominee for Hall of Fame Instruments and Travis Bean himself is a official nominee for Hall of Fame Innovator. Oddly we have 'Travis Bean' and 'Clifford Travis Bean' in there. I contacted them to let them know they're the same person and votes should be combined. Also, Marcus McElwee is nominated as well.. which is fantastic.
Winners will be announced on September 7th on the web site and will be published in the November issue of Vintage Guitar Magazine.

Thanks to everyone that sent them a email!!!
