Keith posted this today on his twitter account.

https://twitter.com/missingchannel/with_replies

Per Keith his wedge was purchased in London in late 1978 or early 1979. He used it to make PiL's classic post punk album Metal Box in '79. When PiL moved operations to Manhattan in 1981 the wedge came with Keith..

He can be seen in concert with it here around 1:36:

Keith left PiL in the early summer 1983. He tried to get his wedge but was unsuccessful in doing so. It was last seen in PiL's loft on West 19th Street.

There are so few in existence. Someone must know something.

Any ideas?

Keith's email is teenageguitarist76@gmail.com

Thank you.

Unfortunately at this point it's unknown.

There are a good few high resolution pics as well as a good few videos of Keith with the wedge. Perhaps there is some sort of a technique to analyze either the high resolution photos or videos to read the #?

If you had negatives it would help,or good original glossy(not matt)photo you could digitally photo . I was able to retrofit a 3x mag lense to an old 4.0 megapixel zoom olympus c-4000 take the shot than tweak the controls, saturation, density, contrast. and Find your best photo and and a good loop gumshoe, let us know and we can help you hunt. stoneman
