I have TB1000s number 1355. It has factory installled double pickguards, the one on top being just like the normal one on bottom, turned over. Anyone ever seen another one like this or know anything about it?

PS - I bought in 1985 because a friend Roger Hurst had a white one. He died in the Pan Am terrorist crash over Lockerbie Scotland. His family still has it I believe.

Hi Gallo,

I don't know where you saw the double one, but I bought mine in Phoenix. I really believe it is factory, as the wear is all consistent and the laquer and all looked right. Also has original case.
