There is not more to the story. The seller (the original one) had an agreement with me to sell the guitar which I was going to keep. This guy showed up in the am with cash with a story about how much he wanted the guitar. The seller just sold to him to avoid the hassle of shipping to me. Reality is the guy was just out for a fast buck. I was heart-broken

was it local paper? craigslist? I was wondering how a white artist stays under the radar for a grand. I bet you were heart broken!

Nice Guitar! But two things: Bids from private started bidding from the start of the listing to hike up the price i guess. Also the seller does not answer my emails anymore, i asked him for the exact serial # a couple of times now.

I'm guessing that this guitar is #1251 from the database as it was listed as "pearl white". There aren't that many painted artists out there.
