I think it was autographed by Travis Bean with an engraver on the back (see pic). It still has the original sales receipt in the case from when it was purchased on 10/28/1975. I am the 2nd or 3rd owner. Bought it from Voltage Guitars in Hollywood. Speed knobs are replacements but the 4 original (broken) knobs are in the case. It's a SWEET BEAN!
