Hello.
I'm just starting to contemplate the sale or trade of my TB1000S.
In truth, i've had three TB guitars for nearly a decade, a blonde natural finish TB500, a Natural finish Koa TB1000A and an opaque white finish TB1000S, and tho the artist and standard sound and feel virtually identical, it's taken me this long to even start coming to terms with the idea of parting with one... ok... breathe michael.. anyways.
I'm thinking about trying to work out a trade of some sort. My studio is in currently in desparate need of a bass, and conversely boasts a surplus of guitars. I've been feeling a bit torn between getting something classic.. a standard, such as a Fender Jazz Bass, or sticking with my obsession, and holding out for a TB2000. I imagine, not being a bass expert by any means, that the TB is very specific sounding, where one of the fender jazz basses would better suit a broader range of applications. Advice and feedback welcome on this issue..
Either way, if you've got an idea, or a reasonable offer on the guitar, or a nice bass you'd like to exchange, TB or otherwise, please get in touch and we'll talk.
