Purcased @Discount Music in Orlando, FL early '76. The original white finish got worn thru over the years so I had the body refinished to a natural clear, from what I have seen I believe it is a magnolia. I still use it for recording.

Played the "Bean" 15 years in club bands, it finally just got too heavy so I switched to a Parker 5lbs. I still record with the "Bean" nothing can touch the punch or sustain.
