Another new round of site changes.
- Identified issue with some forum post notifications. This should be fixed. If you have problems in the future, please email me and let me know.
- Removed captcha handling after you have 10 or more posts under your belt.
- Added redirect back to post form after logging in (if your session has expired)
- Increased session time out to 60 minutes
- Added perma 'link' to forum posts for optional linking
- Adjusted URL handling for history and repair sections of the site.
