Hey there, I've an aluminium Kramer neck with wood inlays, you know the one. Now I need a new body for it. I want the guitar to have two P 90s. I'd like it to sound as TB 500 beany as it is constructionwise possible. Does anyone know about sources for koa wood. How do koa or magnolia bodies compare to a mahagony or korina body with a maple or bubinga top ?
Any suggestions about types of wood are welcome.
Thanks, Max.
