I have been looking everywhere to try and find a template or a tracing of a TB1000A body if anyone can help I would be happy to pay you for a simple trace or template of the body.

I have never seen a template or detailed measurements posted on this site beyond the basics - scale length, nut width, etc. Good luck.

You've got the shape, from your photo (one of the earlier ones with the thicker body & smaller horns, like mine, #986). I personally like this design better.
What you need, sounds like, are measurements.
Maybe this will help:
These figures, of my #986 also with the smaller horns like the one in your photo, are rough, (made with a metal tape measure)
lower bout width-14"
upper bout width-9.5"
between bouts narrowest-7.25"
slight angle line from lower bout strap button central point edge to either side of neck where it joins the body (to about the 22nd fret, NOT the tips of the horns)-15"
thickness-1&3/8" to 1&7/8" difference of thickness in the carved top
