Description

Description:   Original, looks like it has never been refurbished, so quite a bit of scratching.... but no cracks in the body. Could benefit from a generous application of contact cleaner as well, or possibly new pots.rnI have considered sanding it down and laquering it anew, but decided to leave it as it is, an honest, used instrument. rnrnI bought it in 1995 off a bloke in Amsterdam who had a recording studio where it was used occasionally for playing bass rifs. Paid 450 guilders, which is 200 euros or 300 dollars now, including a stand and bag.rnrnIt sounds and plays like no other bass I've ever touched.rn
