Hi all,
I am brand new to this web site and this is my first post. But I am not new to TB 2000s. #831 is my bass and was stolen from me last September here in Dallas. It's been recovered by the Dallas Police this week and I'll have a hearing soon to get it back. I love that bass - it is a part of me. I bought it brand new in January 1987 in Illinois. Very emotional week for this reason.

A correction to my earlier post. The date that I purchased the bass was January '1978' not '1987'. That was a typo. I'll get the bass back after a hearing. Date as yet unknown.
Also I am disappointed with the fact that the eBay 'seller' of my stolen bass has posted pictures in this site's database. He 'owned' the bass for exactly 3 1/2 days. Maybe those can be deleted and I'll post some better pics when the bass comes home.
