TB-1000A w/o serial number

Owner of auction states that it could be either a pre OR post production model. I was under the impression that pre productions all had SN's and was not aware of any post-production guitars. Could this be a copy? Body looks like typical Artist in terms of age/materials but I'd hate to wind up with a fake for resale's sake. Any expertise greatly appreciated..... j.edgar

Did you look in the pickup cavity or in the control cavity? The serial numbers are marked in both places in marker on mine. Hope this helps !
