input jack issues

the input jack on my 1000s has grown worn and loose with age. does anyone know what kind of jacks TB used and where i can find a replacement?

At the time (25 years ago) we got them from an outfit called Switchcraft which was in Orange County. I think www.stewmac.com might have what you need.

same here for a 2000. I only get a signal when I dont plug the cable totally in.
so thats what I need (mono)?
how is the input jack fixed inside the cutout?

i have the same issue with my 2000. the placement of the input is the one gripe i have with the bass. can anyone recommend a good repair shop in NYC?

Stew mac part 1819 is the correct jack for a Bean. Its even a switchcraft. Its an easy switch, theres just 2 wires and a nut.
